Dear Peter,

How are you doing? I am writing to invite you to participate in our school's English Festival. Our school is going to invite some foreign teachers to give lectures and I think it would be a great opportunity for you to improve your English.

I know that you are interested in English and have been learning it for a long time. This festival will provide you with a chance to communicate with native speakers, which will definitely help you to improve your oral English. Besides, you can also learn some new knowledge and culture from the foreign teachers.

As for me, I am really excited about this event. I believe that it will not only broaden our horizons but also enhance our understanding of different cultures. I am looking forward to sharing this unforgettable experience with you.

From my perspective, online shopping has both advantages and disadvantages. On the one hand, it is convenient for people to buy things online without leaving their homes. They can choose from a wide range of products and compare prices easily. What's more, many online stores offer great discounts and promotions, which can save consumers a lot of money.

On the other hand, there are some disadvantages to online shopping as well. For example, consumers cannot see or touch the products before they buy them, which may lead to some misunderstandings or even fraud. Besides, some online stores may have poor quality products or bad customer service, which can be frustrating for consumers.

In conclusion, online shopping has its advantages and disadvantages. As consumers, we should be aware of the risks and benefits of online shopping and make wise decisions based on our own needs and preferences.
