Im very much honored to give you a speech on healthy hreakfast.Nowadays,some students in our class often go to school without having breakfast while others do have breakfast but not a well-balanced one.This problem is quite prevalent and has become increasingly serious.

The considerable negative effect can be shown in the following aspects.First of all,it does harm to our health,Then,our study efficiency is negatively affected because we are not energetic enough to concentrate on it.

From where I stand,I strongly suggest that we should get up early and have a well-balanced breakfast before going to school.The healthy and well-balanced breakfast should consist of whole grain,eggs,milk,fruits and vegetables because the grain contains carbohydrates which can pro-vide the energy we need every day.Furthermore,eggs and milk can also supply protein.Fruits and vegetables are good for digestion as well,I hope everyone of us can attach importance to our health.
